ABIA Web Application

Mesa was commissioned in October 2009 to begin a complete overhaul of the Australian Bridal Industry Academy system.

This project included a complete sweep across the ABIA business: re-brand, public web site, database application and direct involvement with the development of business processes.

A ground-up rebuild of the database system also included the ‘cleansing’ and migration of 5 years of data from previous systems. The system uses a web interface to manage ABIA’s records and facilitate the ratings process between consumers and suppliers.

The system is used to collate thousands of nomination records and determine the finalists for the ABIA state and National awards. This has trimmed a multi-week process down to minutes and improved the integrity and accuracy of the data collection process.
